We try to make your ARTExpress on-line experience as intuitive as possible. Here are some additional tips and tricks (and please, always feel free to contact us):

Are my username and password case sensitive?
Yes. If you’re having difficulty logging in, check your capitalization or shift key.  Oh, and by the way, for your protection, please create a password with a minimum of six characters.

I’d like to change my password or personal profile.

I want to log-out of ARTExpress
Had enough of the curated travel experience for now? Log out here.

I’m a subscriber, but suddenly can’t log in.
Contact our subscription department: susan@artexpresstravel.com.  Give Susan the user name and password you’ve been using.  She can reset your password, or help you to renew your subscription, if necessary.

I want to print an issue.
You can print the current issue, page by page, by clicking on the printer icon at the bottom of the page, which turns the website page into pdf (printable) format.  After clicking on the icon, wait for the printable file format to come up on your screen.  Next, you can either click on the “print here” button in blue, which appears at the very bottom, right hand side of the file.  Or, use your computer’s own “Print” command.

You should have received the current issue in its entirety as a pdf, in the email announcement when the new issue is made available.  If you did not receive it, or can’t locate your copy and would like another, drop us an email and let us know.

For past issues, you can download and print the entire issue with one click, by visiting the Previous Newsletters page, and finding the issue you’d like to print.  Follow the same instructions  as you would for a current issue.
